I honestly don’t write reviews often, but I had to for this. Leyla is so talented and genuinely cares about her work. My nails came out exactly how I wanted, and the attention to detail is incredible. The salon is clean, comfortable, and such a nice place to be. I always leave feeling so happy.
The space itself was nice. The staff were welcoming and it was clean and spacious. My spa pedicure was great. My manicure didn’t hold up quite how I expected with it chipping earlier than I anticipated and the distance of the polish between my cuticles. The first photo is one week after my manicure and the second is 10 days after.
The owner did take time to reach out personally following being a new client and asked about how service was. You can tell the staff are dedicated to having a quality experience which is always appreciated. I would definitely try going back again!
My first time going to Susan's Nails and I was very happy with the service. For the first in a long time my Nails came out exactly as I wanted. Great job with my cuticles, my Nails are super lightweight and not bulky, no spill overs. I was very satisfied with the overall customer service. My nail technician was Sandy.
I will be going back!
