Justin and his entire crew were beyond helpful when we were in dire need of help with a major floor & mold. While his competitor was arrogant, rude and could care less what our situation was, Justin & his crew jumped right in and were there for us all the way to the end getting us the best contractor to finish rebuilding our entire first floor. I cannot recommend PuroClean highly enough. Our school suffered a major flood on Saturday, May 13, 2017. Justin and his team were in the building by 5:00 PM that day working diligently to begin the clean up and mitigation process. The majority of the first floor of our building was flooded. We lost only one day of school because the PuroClean team worked with us coming in early in the morning to breakdown and move equipment, returning after school to work until late into the evening. Their service was excellent, Justin River's advice was thoughtful and sound. Follow-up was as promised. My Advisory Board was incredibly impressed that we could manage all the work and still run our classes in place - thanks to PuroClean. Justin and his team have become a part of our Bernardian community.
