My experience was very positive and stress free. The technician was named Travis and he assured me at 8:30 a.m. that he would be done before noon. At around 11 a.m. he knocked on my door and said he was finished. He let me open and close the door several times. The technician knew what he was doing accomplished the installation with efficiency and professionalism. The former door had been damaged by several incidents over the course of a decade. The new door is much quieter and is air tight when it is down at night.

Due to the nature of my repair, they sent a team to get it to close until the new parts arrived. They ordered the parts and they arrived ahead of schedule. They sent a commercial team to come repair and was up and working in a very short time. The new parts look and blend in with the original parts and cannot tell the difference.This was for Overhead Door of Worcester.
This was overall a great experience. Less then 2 months from initial phone call to the final transaction. My old door was completely off track and was a danger to my family. The only hiccup was a slight scheduling snafu but it all worked out. Travis removed the old door and replaced it with a new one in about 2 hours. I will say he was very friendly and professional. Im very satisfied with the new door.
