I can't say enough about Scott's professionalism and honesty. They were unable to do the work we needed (not part of what they do), but they came out with 3 guys, gave us their honest opinion and referrals. Would highly recommend the service.
Add me to the list of five star reviews. Fast and efficient. No hard sales pitch, just honest representation. Other companies wanted over $400 to give me a quote. NEPR gives you an initial quote using Google earth, then it’s adjusted after the inspection and the final invoice is actual footage done. No surprises. I would recommend them in a heart beat!
It's been more than a year since NE Pipe pros fixed the sewer at my house and, knock on wood, no problems. Before the fix, every 3 months we needed to painfully snake it, otherwise the tree roots would block it. These guys took on a very difficult basement when no one else wanted to bother, and did a great job. Thank you!
