About L.A.Nails
L.A. Nails has mixed reviews from customers. Some have experienced long wait times and issues with nail decorations, leading to disappointment. However, others appreciated the honesty of the staff and their ability to create beautiful designs, such as a perfect snowflake. Many customers were pleased with the quality of their nails and received compliments, indicating that some leave satisfied and eager to return for more services. Recently, a customer shared their first experience at the salon for a pedicure and expressed happiness with the price and especially enjoyed the hot stone massage, which is not typically available at other salons. Another customer has made L.A. Nails their regular nail salon, praising the kindness, professionalism, and talent of the nail technicians. While some customers noted that the effort put in can vary depending on the technician, they generally found the ladies to be friendly and hardworking. There were suggestions for getting pedicures and manicures separately to avoid a rushed experience, as combining the two could lead to mistakes and a less relaxing atmosphere. Yet, many have reported that when services are performed separately, the results are consistently good. Additionally, some customers have highlighted the long-lasting quality of their gel services, with nails remaining looking great for weeks.

EDIT: I have been back here many times and made this my regular nail salon because all the nail technicians are so kind, professional and talented. Always a nice experience at LA Nails!
I've been coming here for years and years. It really depends on who you get with the effort put in. These ladies work really hard, are very friendly and provide great service.
I will say if you're getting a pedicure and manicure, they sometimes try to do both while you're getting the pedicure. I would decline that because each time I've done it the manicure doesn't come out as neat and the person is hectic while giving it. It's just NOT relaxing and it's awkward trying to put your wet nails into a dryer on your lap that's lopsided. Also having someone stand over you and pulling your hands over your lap, it's just too much and no reason for it at times they aren't...read full review
