Excellent experience. The appointment set up was pleasant over the phone. Our locksmith was very professional and rather quick, though I don't know how long this kind of thing takes. I got three locks down total and it was a fair price. They can swipe cards so that was convenient too. Prompt as well and the location is distant so thank you!

Old school business: nice people, good work. They laser-cut 2 Acura keys, and a few regular keys in no time, all keys work, money well deserved. Staff is friendly and helpful, give them a ring before driving 40min one way -- do not rely on Google or Apple to know their schedule and life -- common sense stuff. Will use them again in a few days again

Jims Lock & Key is an old school easy to deal with business. They didn't have the key fob I needed, but gladly posted it and called once it arrived. I was appreciative of the desire to help and the speed of delivery... Would definitely recommend for your key needs be it car, business or residential...
