Very responsive, reasonable pricing, friendly staff! Love that they have added electrical services in addition to HVAC. I have had them install a full system HVAC, ductwork and AC.
Big shout out to Jay Moody HVAC. They worked with me to get just the right system to meet my needs and budget. Adam and his team did a stellar job installing, cleaning up and instructing me on how to use the thermostat and remote. I highly recommend tis company for all your HVAC needs.
We had 3 units installed and it took them 3 days to do the work They were courteous and professional and took the time to minimize any mess. When work was done they took the time to clean up after themselves. They worked during very warm weather but still managed to keep on schedule. The owner came and did the estimate himself and there was no discrepancy between the estimate and the final cost. They worked with us and helped us apply for MA save rebates and recommended a MA save Heat loan to make things affordable. They made the whole process smooth and effortless (although they clearly worked very hard). We had a couple minor things that needed to be addressed after work was done and they came out promptly to take care of them. They walked us through how to properly use our new equipment and made sure we understood everything. Also we just received a box of insomnia cookies from them which was a very nice touch and delicious. I highly recommend them and if we need any HVAC work done in the future we’ll be calling them.
