We used Guardian Angels for Hospice Care for my Dad. They were reliable, kind women. Near the end Toby and managers in Springfield worked very hard to fill hours that we thought we would need. Thankful.

I have appreciated the dedication of this agency to finding caregivers that are in it for the right reasons. Though home care can be challenging for a lot of reasons, it also fulfills my need for constantly learning and growing. New diagnoses, new personalities, new stories, new skills- I feel privileged as a caregiver to give back to those who have gone before me. I am certainly getting my training for my future as an older person! And I appreciate how 95% (There is at least one billing guy who makes sure any number issues are ironed out and we love and need his expertise and experience in the field!) of our office staff have all been caregivers themselves, and not afraid to pick up shifts themselves when needed. They value us caregivers as much as the clients.
