I would highly recommend James, for your next home journey. I had worked with James for about 9 months looking for my first home. Believe me when I tell you it was NOT an easy feat. James willingly and happily went above and beyond the call of duty to come to open houses, schedule countless showings, drive basically all over the Worcester county area, ready to answer many times, a lot ridiculous questions I had, work tirelessly researching the best homes and areas that would fit my criteria, never failing to help me make the best choices and decisions on this very big life event of mine. Our journey had more stumbles than successes when it came to offers. We had put in 13 offers but, as the saying goes 'always the bridesmaid never the bride' when it came to us winning the bid. At this point many relators would of probably introduced me to one of their colleagues by then and moved on, but not James, He was determined to stick it out with me to the end. I had many days of discouragement when it came to finding a home, James was always kind and caring and listened to my concerns. He always found a way to perk me up and encouragement and uplift me to not give up hope; which many times I just wanted to throw in the towel. (my pessimism can get the best of me at times). After months and months of 'sorry we went with someone else', we finally heard those magic words. 'We won the bid.' Offer number 14. Now we were off to the races, which making it to closing had been another rollercoaster of issues, but again James always managed to stay on top of things, kept calm when fires were basically blazing around us from every angle. Even working hard to keep me positive that we would make it to the end of this very long tiring race. I am wrote this review days before our closing back in June and he was right we made it, together. If you are looking for a relator that really cares about you finding your next home, will go above and beyond the call of duty, and will stick it out with you to see it through to the end, you have made the best choice in choosing James as your realtor. Finding a home and selling a home can be terrifying, discouraging, invigorating, exciting, and every emotion in between.
