I have loved Elizabeth Nails….brought all my friends who now go regularly. All was good until I went in to have my nails removed as I cannot have them for the work I’m doing. Dieu Pham, who is apparently new, proceeds to take them off by slipping a plastic fake nail underneath my nails to remove them. This was very uncomfortable. He did not buff my nails but only clipped them. I usually get pedi’s and I wasn’t sure of the procedure but when my friends saw my nails they were shocked. So I called Elizabeth Nails and they said they were sorry this happened and they would speak to Mr Pham about it. They tried to get me in for the next day to ‘fix my nail beds’...read full review
Lynn gave an excellent pedicure. She made sure I was pampered and would check in on my comfort. Elizabeth Nails consistently gives a positive experience at a fair price. The new massage chairs are fantastic as well.
