Tom, Hugo and Rocco from Chair City Electric did a complete rewire of our newly purchased hundred year old home and upgraded from all the remaining knob and tube. They did an excellent job. They got us on the schedule faster than any other company could and had by far the best and most complete quote got the job. They even came in under the estimate price which is so fair and honest and something you don't see a lot of these days. They did the job quickly and worked around a challenging situation (another huge reno job going on at the same time) with poise and professionalism. They have recently completed a large electrical project at my apartment building, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and safely, and the final outcome exceeded my expectations. The work was high-quality, the communication was clear, and they finished in a timely manner. I would highly recommend.
Thankfully, I did not attempt myself but rather hired Chaired City Electric, Both Tom and Hugo came and they were efficient working together. I am particularly impressed by how Hugo took notice and care of all the details while replacing my ceiling fan, as if this was a project for his own home. The careful work and attitude deserve a five star in my opinion.
