I always come here but this time was extremely relaxing! I had an incredible massage with Tanisha at Bliss Massage and Wellness Center, and I can’t recommend her enough! Julia is very knowledgeable regarding physiology and made excellent recommendations that immediately translated into results in the gym. Her knowledge and vast experience are skillfully applied. I found improved recovery which supported a higher level of training intensity. Extremely satisfied!

I had an amazing massage with Julia. I haven't had a massage in 7 years (when I had my prenatal massage with Julia!!) and was VERY needed. She was able to help me relax and remove the tension in my back and neck. Bliss is a welcoming, relaxing spa and I highly recommend it for others. I will be back again and not be as long as it had been!
