LenoxFit is the real deal! I had to prepare for a physical fitness exam for a job opportunity and only had a month to do so. Sue jumped right on the opportunity and we got right to work without hesitation! With her help I crushed the expectations! The staff are always personable and friendly and provide a very inclusive space for all fitness levels! They also offer a great array of classes and I was able to start learning yoga for my active off days! If you are looking for a local gym or a place to stay on track while visiting the area this is the place to be! I can’t thank Sue and her staff enough for their dedication and welcoming environment at LenoxFit!
Big fan!!! We spend the summers up in Lenox and this is our gym home away from home. The staff is wonderful, great trainers. Facility has all of the free weights and cardio you could want. Haven’t done the classes so can’t speak to those, but great environment.
Been coming here for several years, year round. A clean, friendly, well managed and relaxed environment for working out. Equipment is well maintained. Owner, Sue, is visible as a trainer and spin instructor and managing the facility. Personal trainers available. Regular and professionally run exercise and spin classes with online registration. Pilates room. Locker rooms, showers and saunas clean and well maintained. Competitively priced.
