Had an issue with a blocked pipe. Matt J. Was so awesome. He was professional, clean, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and got the job done!! I hope I don’t have any further need for a main clogged pipe, but if I do it will only be this company I deal with!! Matt also explained about the other features possible to get a permanent fix and other resources that are he company offers. He is a gem of an employee!

Called Rooter Man North on a Sunday - we had discovered a backup in the sewer line so nothing was draining. We received a prompt return phone call from the office and tech was dispatched and arrived within an hour. Jason was friendly, explained the issue and went right to work. Cleared the clog and made sure everything was draining properly. Extremely pleased with the service and felt the price charged was very fair. Highly recommend.
