I have mixed feelings about Mercy Beauty Center. I absolutely love Madeline and Anneris — both of them do an amazing job, and I’m always happy with their work. ❤

However, I do feel that the salon needs to improve when it comes to respecting clients’ time and managing appointments. I make my appointments in advance, but I often still end up waiting a long time. At the same time, if you arrive even 5 minutes late, it feels like your appointment can easily be given to someone else, which I find very frustrating.

Went to Bistro next door. So good no matter what happens at beauty salon, get food next door!
