Greater Lawrence family health center is a great place for the community I give them two stars because the girls the call center just doesn't want to do anything extra I explain to her that I had surgery on both of my feet and she tells me to come into the office and see the emergency doctor because she didn't want to tell me if my doctor was working maybe SHE should have some compassion instead of a shitty attitude and I understand everybody can't have a good day but every time I call she's always the same way just a miserable you know what on a scale of one through 10 I give the girl who answers the phone at the call center a 2 he needs to be retrained... read full review
I really like my primary doctor, but literally everyone else make me seriously consider changing clinics every time. I had one of the most painful experiences with a newbie resident. I had lab results from the emergency dept I wanted to go over, and by the time she finally stopped I had forgotten my name and what my mother’s face looked like.
