Had an apt at 4:00 pm. Got there at 3:30 pm there was 15 ppl in front of me. 3 ppl left while I was there staying they had over 2 hours waiting. I canceled my apt and reschudeld with a new Dentist office. The wait was ridiculous!!
HORRIBLE SERVICE , DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !I ASKED TO PUT MY PRESCRIPTION INTO A PAIR OF GLASSES I PAID FOR OUT OF POCKETI SENT THE FRAME IN PERFECT CONDITION & IT CAME BACK BROKEN !!!!INSTEAD OF REFUNDING ME FOR THEIR ERRORTHE DOCTOR TOLD ME MY PERSCRIPTION COULD NOT BE PUT INTO THE FRAME AFTER BEING PUBLICALLY RUDE IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS AND TOLD ME HE COULD “NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME “ AFTER SPENDING MY TIME AND MONEY WITH THEMVERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
I and my daughter have been coming to this office for the past 6 years. Although the wait is long, I don't mind waiting, the girl on the front has been there for many years and is always polite, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The doctor is also great. He is the only doctor there, I believe that's why the wait is long. I 100% recommended Community optics.
