“This has been the best experience of my life. I went to another waxer previously and the amount of pain I was in I thought that was just expected. With Samy the pain was almost nonexistent, she took her time and I didn’t feel uncomfortable not once. The attention to detail, the way she makes you feel so comfortable, the conversation to distract you from the sound of wax coming off your body. 10 out of 10, as soon as I was done I made sure to book her again. “I booked Madison for a Balayage/Haircut after checking the reviews of the salon (which is so cute and cozy). I wanted to chop my hair and have a dark auburn balayage. First of all, I completely agree with everything others have been saying about Madison in their reviews. From what I experienced, the whole staff at Sogno was very polite and welcoming. In particular, I had THE BEST salon experience with Madison, and I cannot wait to come back.I trusted her professional opinion throughout the whole process, and she would always double-check everything with me before proceeding. I’ve never dyed my hair before because I was worried about my very fine hair getting even frizzier or breaking, but they use very gentle and hydrating products in the salon.Madison is a perfectionist—her work is very calculated and catered for each client. I always make an appointment with any massage therapist I am considering for patient care. Jen is an easy referral and I have added her to my personal care team. “Brought my child in for a haircut a few months ago. The stylist did a great job making a layered bob short haircut and listened to me about what I needed (I needed an angle on hair at sides of face due to my young child chewing their long piece of hair if it fell into their mouth.) I went in when they had a promotional price for the haircuts for kids, but their regular price is also reasonable. Actually cheaper than a non mall chain I visited another time. They have an online booking system which is easy to use. I recommend trying JCP for price and convenience of booking and the hair stylist working evening week days. I forgot her name but she was great. Very patient with my fidgety child.“
