horrible made me look oily and the light was way to bright on all skin colors, the picture is so zoomed in and they didn't even try to fix the lighting. There was no help, with things like where to sit, what direction to face and more. I could not see me investing in this company again.

I use to work for Lifetouch doing picture day. The job was okay but the company and privileged photographers make everything way more complicated than it is. You set up, take pics and go home but every job I've ever done, I gotta pose every kid like they're professional models... they're kids, out of 300 (elementary) or 1,000 (high school) kids, not every kid is gonna be "I'm getting a NYC corporate job" quality.

I have never experienced such horrible customer service. My daughter had her picture taken on May 24th and we never received them. When I followed up I was told on two occasions that the picture day was cancelled. Ridiculous. She had her picture taken and all of the other students received them. My advice is don't waste your money and take your own picture. Lifetouch doesn't have a clue and doesn't care.
