I’m on vacation and my iPad froze. I did everything I could think of and was facing making an appointment and getting to an Apple Store and having to buy a new one. Gage, at Wits End, told me what he was trying, tried a couple things and was ultimately successful at finding the answer. He didn’t charge me and was kind and helpful. I’m so grateful and relieved.
