“Amazing experience all around. Let me preface by saying that, although I have a few tattoos, the last time I got one was close to ten years ago, and my sessions were never more than two hours at a time. Lots of things have changed in terms of process and aftercare, so I had a LOT of questions (not to mention, this was a four hour session to finally complete a tattoo outline that I gave up on a long time ago - double what I was used to sitting through). I had stumbled upon Ash's work through Google, and their style was exactly what I was looking for to finally complete this piece. I am so glad I did! Right off the bat, the studio was such a cool space, clean and welcoming. Ash was so understanding, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. They took time to understand my vision (what I didn't like about the existing work, offering suggestions and solutions), checked in frequently throughout the tattoo (making sure I was handling it ok, explaining what they were doing to transform it, what to expect in terms of healing - shading will lighten, etc). They were so patient with all of my questions, and so easy to talk to; aside from the tattoo, we had some great conversation about books, movies and more. They put me at ease and the time went by much faster than I thought it would! Last but certainly not least... I could not believe my eyes at the end of the appointment. Absolutely gorgeous, detailed work! I am going back for another session (or two) to complete it, but it already looks AMAZING. It is so much better than I could have ever imagined. “NO Piercings... i was a little disappointed to find this out when I entered, but they havent done them in year, and google will not update their info.But the studio is filled with great positive energy and amazing art, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful making several suggestions of where to go in the area for them.For a tattoo I'd recommend this place just from the interaction alone!“
