It was a welcoming environment when I walked in. I did put my name in ahead of time online but at that point they weren’t too busy. I had Alana and she did a great job! I have naturally curly hair so I have reservations with new stylists, but she listened to what I was looking for and made sure I was ok with what she was doing. Then she did an amazing blow dry and straightened my hair. I felt so good walking out of there.
