They need to remove the gel polish correctly instead of using an electric drill file which they roughly sanded all layers of polish off right down to the bare nail no foils or any type of solution No cuticle softner just used a cuticle pusher, and although they say Walk Inns Welcome, I got an extremely half done rush job because someone else that had an appointment was waiting. Been a long time customer and gave them another chance after their electric file split and cracked my nails Very disappointed! BTW I think they use the electric nail file to save time Will Never go back. Not going to go somewhere to pay to have them ruin my nails

Great service, easy to schedule, never a wait and great selection of services and colors for nails. The service is great, the manicures and pedicures I've gotten have lasted sometimes longer than expected.

Did a decent paint job, although I left the place with a bleeding toe after an extremely rushed pedicure. Kinda upset about how rushed the pedicure was and how painful the experience was
