Wanted to give this shop a chance given the poor reviews and claims business was under new ownership. Order placed at 9:30am and were never delivered day of. Called at 4pm and was told they were out for delivery. I'll certainly be disputing the $105 charge.

Flowers looked nothing like what was advertised. Total scam. Don’t waste your money. Photos for reference.

Edit: I purchased these flowers in August 2024 - over a year after the current owners took over. You guys should be ashamed.

I'm from out of town and wanted to surprise my mom on Mother's Day. I've been disappointed with FTD.com so figured I'd go local for reliability and just to help small businesses...I ordered and they did. It get to my mom yesterday as expected. I left a phone number and would have thought they would call but they did not. When I called the store the owner picked up and literally just started yelling at me....saying they got delivered etc etc. then ends up they put it on the side of the house - again maybe delivered but it's now the day after so effect is killed. Also, it was cold last night so flowers are now dying. My issues is actually less with the poor communication as things happen on delivery but more about being yelled at, berated, then she complained about the price I paid (which was on her website....), no thought of even refunding delivery fee, then she flat out hung up on me. If you look at the other reviews, seems like this treatment was not out of character for (Marie?). I'm not trying to submarine a local business, but there has to be some accountability and she took none. Also a business spoofing multiple locations online (I ordered from Jamaica Plain Florist - jamaicaplainflorist.com and it is this same place) is a bit stretchy too so I wonder about the overall ethics behind this operation. Moreover I just feel bad that my mom got a day did not get the expressions of love I wanted to send, which is what florists are supposed to be about right?
