The staff here are OUTSTANDING! I went for bi-weekly massages throughout my pregnancy and they kept me in tip-top shape! They've also been great about helping with my new-mom shoulder, neck and back strain. So far I've seen Megan and Lilly for massages and Dave for acupuncture. Both Megan and Lilly give expert massages and are educational in terms of explaining what and why they are doing certain techniques. I don't consider their massages a luxury - to me they are health care. If you want someone to rub oil on your skin while you listen to heady spa music, book at one of those corporate chain massage spots.
