When a sample of my original stain choice was applied, he realized before I even saw it that it was not going to look good, and immediately offered more appropriate alternatives. He always patiently answered all of my many questions.Andy and his crew were hardworking, pleasant, neat and always aimed to please. They quickly addressed any concern I had. I had a family issue to deal with off-Cape, and they graciously planned the work that I needed to be home for around my schedule.Once the job was done and paid for, they followed up to ensure my satisfaction and quickly returned to address one small issue I had not previously noticed.
