Most especially, I want to recognize Jon Bryan (JB) who did an exceptional job - he was extremely patient, professional, dedicated, considerate and served as a great liaison between myself, the insurance company as well as the condo board. I had a relatively "small job" for a restoration. As Joe the Project Manager stated, it's not really a difficult job but because of the location in your home it's complicated because we have to coordinate with an electrician (to pull the meter off the house!) and a plumber for a gas line. Then reinstall after the structural work was done. It wasn't really an emergency- for them, which I understood. I did have to wait a bit longer than I had hoped because of that. But their price, which in my case was largely out of pocket, was quite reasonable. Their work was impeccable. Oceanside is by far the best restoration company around. One of my friends had a car drive through the front of their building during business hours and Oceanside had 3 trucks & 4 employees on site within 15 minutes of my call. They had materials on hand to start the repairs immediately. Referring Oceanside Restoration makes you look good! Highly recommend. Thank you Steve and your hard working staff.
