Took an older Xbox one to Nate for repair. Nate was great! He diagnosed the problem, gave us multiple choices/solutions and provided us with so much information so as to make an informed decision. Very helpful and super honest. Would definitely work with Nate again.

These guys love what they do and they do it well. My laptop was a goner and they replaced it with a refurbished machine, transferred all my files and software to it, all at a more than reasonable price and in pretty short order. I feel fortunate to have stumbled upon their service and will go no where else for repairs or purchases. Their museum is a lot of fun and if you have the time, it's worth a tour.

I have an Apple llGS that needed some work and 3.5 drives that needed replacement parts. Nates stuck with me through the lock downs and my years long treatment for cancer and got everything that needed to be repaired completed. I drove two hours each way by choice and I would do it again for the quality work and excellent communication as the project progressed.
