The mechanics explained in detail what the issue was after they test drove it and worked on the transmission for a second time and never charged me for this visit. Toyota said we needed $10k new transmission. Hyaannis transmission took over, super professional!! We were instantly comforable wirlth entire team. We used AI to confirm their repair strategy. They were tight on. Fingers crossed we hope we are good for another 30,000 miles. Toyota Kingston RI was way off not giving us any options vs the $10k option.
