A Katie answered the call, understood the urgency and worked the schedule masterfully. The result: Jake Fowler came out the same day and resolved the issue. He was fantastic: knowledgeable; professional; patient; and informative. Jake also followed up to implement preventative changes to our property to eliminate any future issues.
