We can not recommend Cherry’s strong enough! We needed care for my aunt basically on an emergency basis because she had started falling and was just not safe at home. When we called Cherry’s, Taneil (the owner) answered right away, was able to go over everything with me and she had 24 hour care set up and started in just 4 hours!
Her team is amazing, caring, professional, responsible and became instant family! So incredibly thankful for Cherry’s!
My family went to the Cape for vacation and we needed care for my Dad there. We’ve had many horrible experiences with agencies in the past, so I was hoping it wouldnt ruin our vacation. After hearing from care.com that they couldn’t find an agency to cover the shifts, I panicked.
I left a message and the owner, Taniel called me back right away saying she’d be able to cover all 9 of our shifts. She consulted with my Dad at the Cape house when he got there to see the set up. She sent a few different PCAs, all of whom were excellent (especially Byron!) We barely had to train anyone because these people knew exactly what they were doing— all very professional....read full review
I can't recommend Cherry's Senior Care enough. Taneil, the owner, is professional, yet very compassionate. She and her staff helped us through an extremely difficult time. Taneil is incredibly responsive and worked effortlessly with our changing needs. We are so glad we found Cherry's!
