Contacted them via their website and called almost daily leaving info on where I was located and the scope of the project as well as my contact info - on one occasion I did reach a person who said I would receive a call back - it has been a week since I started this - at this point gladly going to use their competition who was responsive and professional. A company that does not respond to its customers is not worth using.

Called Cape Cod Gutters for quote and replacement of the gutters on my home. I prefer a local business and had an appointment to quote the job. He never showed up and never called to reschedule. I called the next day, left a message and once again...never heard back. If this is the level of service when they are trying to get new business, I can't imagine what it would be when you actually hire them. Based on my experience, one star is too many.

Do not use these people. I have complained to them for 2 years that my gutters do not drain as expected and routinely over flow. They have made no effort to correct the problem. On the first job I hired them for one person came out and did the estimate then someone did the installation completely different from what I had discussed with the first guy. Again use anyone else!
