It was a great experience throughout. Bianca is who I called and spoke with throughout the process. All my needs and expectations were met. The cleaners did a thorough and fantastic job under 3 hours. This clean was requested because my apartment building became infested by bed bugs and .y apartment had to be heat treated to 140 degrees for 8 hours. I would recommend them highly.

UPDATE 09Nov2023: ACM Cleaning & Property Maintenance Inc reached out to me after my review to understand what went wrong. They took the time to understand my concerns and explained there was a language barrier and misunderstanding, and asked for a chance to make it right.I agreed and a new date was set to complete the re-work that was missed on the initial cleaning - plus a few bonus hours.thank you!My new experience....EXCEPTIONAL!The Team at ACM Cleaning offer the type of accountability and professionalism that is A++++.
