Eric has worked on 3 major projects for our family and that fact alone should be all you need to know about his credibility. If you want high quality work, reasonable and flexible cost and project management, great communication of all current and future schedules understood by all, and expectations managed and met, plus a great group of vetted subcontractors coupled with an ethic of ownership of the project as if it were his own,..(good luck finding that combination while you are collecting random quotes) Rickard Construction comes highly recommended by us.. Eric, essentially remodeled our entire home. New windows, siding, roof, finished basement, deck, etc. He was meticulous, his workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. He was timely and efficient and provided many recommendations that we hadn't thought of and he brought the entire project in close to budget. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and have since recommended him to many of our neighbors.Services: General construction
