Went to Hudson Walmart for glasses. I never leave reviews-no time. But I had to. They are excellent there. I dealt with 3 different people on 2 occasions and all were so helpful. Mark was great. He fixed my broken glasses without me asking so I wouldn’t have to keep taping them until my new glasses come in. I ordered 2 pairs(2nd one is 35% off) for the same price as one pair at my usual optician. Their customer service is excellent. Highly recommend you go there if you need glasses!?
Next Level Service! Prob like most ppl, I don't leave many reviews. But the service I received from Hudson's Vision dept a few weeks ago made be add it to the to-do list. It was so good, in fact, I left the store refreshed about service in general (especially from big corps)...that it can get better. Specifically, Donna who took the initial order, and Mark who helped me when I picked it up were both excellent. They were knowledgeable, friendly, patient with my questions, upfront about prices...nothing hidden, no games. The team at the Hudson MA Walmart Vision Center are the most helpful, cheerful group I've ever dealt with. They always come through for me and are a pleasure to deal with. Their glasses, in my case progressive type lenses are probably the lowest price you'll find anywhere and that's with a titanium frame.
