It created an even more stressful situation given the entire airline troubles with the Crowdstrike outage. I sent a note using Messenger. I didn't expect they would be willing to come to the store and help me, but I am a big believer in if you don't ask, you don't get. Not only did they respond within two minutes, they were more than happy to drop by the store and remove a layer of stress. I know they are not always going to be available to address this type of situation. In this case, they were and I am super grateful. Thank you so much.“

When I arrived, the person at the front desk, Neusa, knew right where my garment was and made sure they were able to get the order done right away.
