My computer crashed. I took it in to Chris at AutoTek. He cleaned up the hard drive, reinstalled my operating system and salvaged most of my files along the way. Got the computer back within 48 hours. Pleasant interaction with Chris who made sure he would be available when I could get to his office. Cost was reasonable. I hope I do not have other computer problems in the future, but I know where I will go if I do.

Same experience as Coralee. Had ransomware, reinstalled operating system, removed raid set up from pc, verified all files on external backup drive were unaffected and answered lots of questions for me about online backup, etc. Very helpful and all that was 75.00. I used to go to a location in another town but circumstances happened that meant I couldn't use that person due to his office location so I started looking in Hudson and so glad I read Coralee's remarks. That is what made me decide and I hope I my review will convince you that you will not be sorry if you call Chris to help solve your computer problem. .

I can't praise this company enough. My sons computer kept over heating. He needed it for school work on Monday. We brought it in Friday morning and it was done by Friday afternoon. The cost was less than we had expected. The gentleman who owns the company was so pleasant, and he even took the time to show my son the temperature reports he has done. He also checked (free of charge) for viruses and spyware. If you need your computer repaired or tuned up, this is the place. I will recommend to my friends and I will go back for all computer issues.
