Lenovo M92 desktop got fried by recent electrical outage. Of course not many of our files were backed up. Took desktop to CMass Tech to see if worth repairing - No and if Ryan could recover files from the hard drive. Ryan was indeed able to recover the files, added to flash drive and return all in less than a week. Important since some of the files needed to file taxes. Couldn’t be happier with Ryan expertise, turnaround at a very reasonable price.
