Excellent experience. I had a fuse blow in my water heater late on the Friday before the New Year. They were able to get here in less than an hour and had the fuse replaced right away. I would definitely recommend them.

I recently needed new hardwired smoke and CO detectors installed for an impending sale of my home. There was a problem with the installation because the two units weren't "talking" to each other. Brian stopped by to check the situation, and called the condo management company himself to discuss possible interference. The installer did some more testing, and located an unknown third detector in the basement tucked up under some ductwork out of site. Once that was located and replaced everything was working. They did a mix of jobs recently for us--including replacing a faulty outlet on the small end and on the big end swapping out five light fixtures for ceiling fans. It was everything we could have hoped for with the crew. The guys who did the work were careful, attentive, and did a great job. Plus, in a day and age when reaching out to contractors always feels like a crapshoot in terms of whether or not they will ever get back to you, it was a breath of fresh air to work with Laurie in the office and have such clear and responsive communications the whole time.
