The only time I, the owner, had a bad experience was when I showed a skittish, nervous, prospective passport photo customer out the door and he went on the Google and made stuff up out of anger. My photography business is 25 years-old, having studied with some of the finest photographers in the country. The person in question acted like normal conversation was the Spanish Inquisition; this happened in 2010, but he decided to spice up his review recently to make it sound like he actually purchased something from me and was disappointed. Beware! Avoid this store and take your photographic needs elsewhere. I was at Photographic Images in Hopkinton recently and I was very surprised by the messy conditions of the front and back offices. The printing equipment is terribly old, and was very disappointed by the poor quality of printing (faded colors, dusty print) - the owner himself admitted that his printers added a lot of dust to the prints!
