“The only time I, the owner, had a bad experience was when I showed a skittish, nervous, prospective passport photo customer out the door and he went on the Google and made stuff up out of anger. My photography business is 25 years-old, having studied with some of the finest photographers in the country. The person in question acted like normal conversation was the Spanish Inquisition; this happened in 2010, but he decided to spice up his review recently to make it sound like he actually purchased something from me and was disappointed. He became even more uncomfortable when I sat in front of the computer and asked for his information, like we do for all of our clients, like they do at the doctor's, like they do at the drug store, and like they do at Staples when you sign up for the rewards. He balked at providing his address, so I showed him the door. Read his post; he even finds a hidden agenda in normal banter [cue Twilight Zone theme]. Our portraits are dust-free and printed to last as archival quality on professional Fuji Color paper. ALL of our work is guaranteed. And in almost all cases, people who walk in the door, if they aren't friends already, soon become friends.“

“This salon is stunning! It's incredibly spacious - much larger than I anticipated. Finding it was a bit challenging, so be sure to review the directions before driving, and allow yourself at least 15 minutes. Upon arrival, several ladies are available to assist with check-in at the front desk. They will then guide you to the snack and beverage area. The waiting area is cute and comfortable. Regarding my haircut, a junior stylist named Kaitlyn did an exceptional job! She attentively listened to my preferences and offered helpful suggestions when asked. Although I typically opt for a layered look, Kaitlyn recommended a blunt cut for added volume, which turned out wonderfully. Overall, my experience was fantastic. One suggestion I have is to allow clients to see their hair in its natural state before styling. As my hair is naturally straight, I would have liked the opportunity to see it before styling, as I noticed a few uneven pieces afterward.“

I used to visit the busy, small Portrait Studio in North Attleborough, but the Milford location is SO much better!
