They do a great job of cutting my hair. It is very thin and they are able to cut it in such a way that makes it look good and most importantly, I'm able to style it myself as time goes on. The staff is very welcoming and always offers water or coffee. Never more than a 1minute wait!! Overall, it's a very nice salon.

**Updating review for owner answers**I appreciate the fact that the hair health is put above other aspects. I have been following routines with clarifying and purple shampoos, but it seems like after 1-3 washes, I was back to the yellow. I don't understand how that happens so quickly. Again, hair dressers have great techniques, but somehow, it feels like a temporary hair product is used and doesn't hold good with time. Generally I opt for Nicole but she is on and off this week so I made an appointment with Carmen. I was about to begin my ride towards their way when I received a call from Liv Salon to inform that Carmen is running late by 15 mins so I can take some extra time. They value my time.Nicole and the whole team at Liv Salon is exceptional. Carmen took time to understand my preferences and made very good recommendations about how she could help me with the cut and styling. She was very professional and very impressive in the way she practiced her art of haircut and styling.
