Absolutely LOVE this salon & the experience we had there with SHANNON! My daughter has had some less than amazing experiences with past salons and was super anxious about having her hair done. Not only was everyone super warm and welcoming, but Shannon was an absolute boss! She listened to what my daughter wanted in terms of cut, color and explained things as she went...what she was doing, upkeep of the hair post appt etc. She even explained the Ulta app to me and explained how the rewards program works. My mom started getting her hair done by Shannon and she fixed her hair and made a huge improvement. I live in nc but had to travel for business and I had gotten my hair done in nc but it didn’t come out the best so while I was in Massachusetts I made an appointment with Shannon and she fixed my hair too! I will try to schedule my hair appointments around my trip to Massachusetts. Her and Elise are the best!
