I have gotten my glasses from there for Several years. Fair prices. Good service and most importantly the glasses do what I need them to do

When visiting JCPenny,patrons are coming from one end of the mall from Macy Store, JCPenny has locked their doors, and we have to go through back stair way up two flight of stairs, though dark hallways to get out back to the parking lots. It states that your store closes at 7pm,Not 6:49 . Not good.

They told me my insurance went through but I still had to pay the full amount. When I tried to cancel my order, they told me I could not and I now have to wait 2-3 weeks to even get my new glasses (all the styles are outdated). I only went here because everyone else was booked until mid-March but I now see why they were not. If you are loyal to the company, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, wait to go elsewhere.
