I've been here a few times. For the most part, it was a standard plumbing store, but from what I'm told, you'd rather get your stuff here than at a big box store because it is a better quality. I'm not sure how true that is, but I'd rather buy here anyway because it is a local thing. Anyway, just the other day I was replacing my garbage disposal and realized "oh, damn, I don't have any plumber's putty". This place is literally a stone's throw from my house. I called, and they were CLOSED! It was 4:30! How early and crappy! But the guy who answered the phone said to come by anyway, even though he knew nothing of the business just so he could help me out.
