Synergy came to our home yesterday to replace two skylights. To say that we are thrilled would be an understatement. The skylights are beautiful. While the final look is obviously important to us, what truly impressed us was the service provide by their sales rep Laureyn from the outset of this process. Her ability and willingness to answer questions was outstanding. Laureyn told us her team would arrive at 7am and unlike most contractors, they arrived right on time which we appreciated. The team doing the work was polite and efficient. They replaced two skylights and you would have never know they were here. They cleaned up everything and went on with their day. We truly couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Synergy to anyone and everyone who is thinking of putting in or replacing skylights. Thank you for all of your hard work at our home yesterday.

Reviews
We had a great experience with Synergy Skylights. They are locally owned, knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. They were out here within 48 hours to repair a leaking skylight. Their communication was clear, they showed up on time, and gave sensible advice without making me feel pressured. Price was very reasonable for the job.
Overall, a joy to work with. I highly recommend them!
I’ve had recurring problems with my skylight. They were initially installed by Greater Boston roofing - who I do not recommend (Lovely people, but almost impossible to contact and they never call you back after you’ve paid them.)
After three or four other companies have come out to try to fix them, synergy got involved and has been communicative and helpful and pleasant. They’ve left my space immaculate and managed all the communications with the skylight manufacturers so that I did not pay for the repairs. Cannot recommend these folks highly enough.
