My family had trusted them for years with all of their best garments. Expensive suits, the handmade dresses that my mother would do for weddings, my father's naval uniform, and it was always perfect. Fast forward 35 years, and I am now living 30 miles away. I recently picked up a rare vintage worsted suit that needed some TLC. I hadn't thought about cleaning, until a sudden passing of a close relative had me needing it in a pinch. I knew right where I was going with it and who to trust when I ended up needing As soon as I said vintage, they started asking all the right questions before I could even tell them what I needed, and never even ended up have to spell it, because I could just tell they knew exactly what they had and exactly the TLC it needed. They also got it done lightning quick! Now for a situation like mine, it is reasonable to expect they are going to charge a little extra for the expediting and the special care and products a garment like that needs, but honestly, it is worth every penny, for such perfect service!

“A to Z Tremendous Maids was an excellent choice. They were recommended by a fellow contractor. He uses them for post construction cleanup and trash removal. I called 9 am Monday morning to schedule an appointment for Tuesday 7 am preferably. Customer service was prompt. The young lady Sheisy asked all the right questions.

The amount of time they have to commit doesn't always get everything I'd like done, but that's as much my doing as theirs. When I need a more intensive clean I either do a better job of pre-cleaning so they can really scrub or I schedule more time. I've had a variety of services over the years and I've stuck with Bee Green because they're honest and flexible. They pay attention to requests - if there's something in particular that needs attention (or that I want them to leave be) I just leave a post-it note. I'm fragrance-allergic and they've been good about working with me to be sure the products they use don't trigger a reaction. Just as happy now as I was in my first review.“
