Scotty was friendly, professional and on time!
He came to assess our washer only to find out the drum had ceased due to a lack of use. The bearings had ceased and he could barely move the drum by hand. He gave a rough estimate on the spot and gave his recommendations. The price of repairs was close to or above what we could price a new machine. I called a couple of days later to advise him that we’d purchased a new washer and he said that that was the best option in this case!
