I want to give a huge shout out and recommendation for the services provided by Servpro of Haverhill/ Newburyport. We had a skunk spray as my husband let the dogs in at 4:30 am this morning. The smell quickly went through our entire house and made it completely unbearable. I called their 800 number at 6am and was met with the kindest person. They brought a full team to our house within hours, removed area rugs, washed upholstered furniture and brought in a huge fan system. All for a very affordable fee. I can’t suggest them enough if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation we were in.
We had a late night pipe burst that flooded our bathroom and kitchen. We live in southern Nh and didn’t think Servpro serviced us, so we just googled mitigation and went with the first company that answered the phone. The company arrived the next day and just set up fans, then ghosted us for two weeks. We called Nury at Servpro for advice and were surprised to hear they’d come up to Hudson NH. They arrived, were thorough, responsive, and understanding. There was a lot of work to be done, and they were professionals every step of the way.
