Recently I had a sewer main backup which did significant damage to my basement. After the problem was fixed, I contacted Servpro of Haverhill. They were outstanding from the beginning to the end. Servpro worked with me assessing the damage and what needed to be done. The cleanup was done promptly and the team that was sent to my home was outstanding. Great experience. All techs were professional; they came quickly to assess water damage, dry, treat and remove debris. Bobby, the lead tech on the crew was particularly knowledgeable and responsible for clean, neat work in their sealed environment. Both the project mgr Chris and estimator Nick were very responsive and available for questions. I would highly recommend.
